Youth Orchestra Acceptance Rate
In spring 2023, every student who auditioned for advanced regional youth orchestras — including NEC, BYSO, and Tufts — was accepted.

Julie Jung Accepted to NEC Youth Repertory Orchestra
High school freshman Julie Jung has been accepted to the Youth Symphony at New England Conservatory, previously serving as principal second violin in the Junior Repertory Orchestra.
Students Shine at Bay State Strings Contest
Four students participated in the Bay State Strings Contest in Natick. All received Certificates of Recognition, with Roland achieving Third Prize in the 11-14 age division.
Mabel Ho Joins Tufts Youth Philharmonic
High school junior Mabel Ho successfully auditioned for Tufts Youth Philharmonic for the 2023-2024 season.
